Man killed in 'wrong way' M6 crash named

A man killed in a car crash on the M6 in Cumbria has been named as Richard Woods.

Cumbria Police have formally identified the 40-year-old driver of the Skoda from Cambridgeshire, who died along with Jaroslaw Rossa, 42, his sons Filip, 15 and Dominic, seven, and passenger Jade McEnroe, 33 travelling in a Toyota.

The crash on the M6 Northbound near Tebay on 15 October may have involved a car travelling in the wrong direction, police said.

Ms McEnroe's seven-year-old son Arran remains in hospital with serious injuries.
