Armagh: Boy, 17, stabbed in the face on New Year's Eve
A 17-year-old is in hospital after he was stabbed several times in the face on New Year's Eve.
It happened on Lower English Street, in Armagh, at about 22:30 GMT on Saturday 31 December 2022.
The teenager will undergo surgery for his wounds, police said.
A 19-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences including having an offensive weapon and causing grievous bodily harm, police have confirmed.
He is due to appear before Lisburn Magistrates Court on Monday 2 January.
