Caldicot car park crash leaves woman, 79, badly injured

A woman, 79, has been left with life-changing injuries after a crash near a doctor's surgery.
The pedestrian was hit by a black Vauxhall Corsa in a car park next to Gray Hill Surgery, Caldicot, Monmouthshire, on Saturday at about 11:25 BST.
Police officers and paramedics attended, with the woman taken to hospital for treatment.
Gwent Police has appealed for any witnesses to get in touch.
Earlier, the force said the incident took place at the surgery's own car park.
