Michael Aberg: "It started snowing heavily around 10 o'clock yesterday morning. Then it got really windy. It was snowing horizontally."
Sean Creamer: "I was on the last flight that attempted to leave JFK yesterday evening. After a couple of hours on the plane the conditions had deteriorated and not only was our flight cancelled, the airport was closed."
