When her new single 'No Tears Left to Cry' came out last week, Ariana Grande said she wanted it to "bring light and comfort".

That's, as well as, being a song that "makes you wanna dance and live ya best life!".

Now the pop sensation's revealed that the rest of her album will also tie in with this theme.

On Tuesday night Ariana gave her first interview since last year's Manchester attack, discussing her new album and revealing it's name - Sweetener!

It's due to come out over the summer, and the vibe is all about positivity.

Speaking to US TV host Jimmy Fallon, the 24-year-old singer said her new music is "about bringing light to a situation, or to someone's life, or somebody else who brings light to your life, or sweetening the situation".

It's not the first time Ariana's been on the TV show. Here she is with host Jimmy Fallon back in 2015.

Following the Manchester Arena bombing in May 2017, Ariana has largely stayed out of the public eye.

Instead she's been spending time with her friends and family, because of the emotional impact the attack had on her.

This is the first music she's recorded since the bombing at her concert, where 22 people died.

Ariana didn't directly talk about the attack herself during Tuesday night's interview, but became emotional when TV host Jimmy Fallon mentioned it.

He praised the singer for going back to Manchester and staging the One Love concert two weeks after the event.

He told her: "I thought that was awesome of you. I just think you're so strong and so cool."

"No Tears left to cry" talks about overcoming fear and hatred, and Ariana's already made a big impression with the music video.

In the first 30 minutes after it was released online, fans had already watched it half a million times.

At the end of the video, a bee - the symbol of Manchester - flies towards the camera, in a tribute to the city.

But Ariana told Fallon the process of making the super-cool video wasn't all that glamorous - mainly because of the face masks she had to wear during it.

She said: "They wrap you up and they bandage you for like 30 or 40 minutes and you can't see. All of your senses are completely cut off."

But she did add the meaning was "very deep - taking off one chapter and putting on another".

Fans are already getting excited to hear the other tracks on Sweetener which is expected to be released in July or August.

But if that's too long to wait, don't worry! Ariana's got another treat in store, in the meantime. She says she's going to do "something special" on the 20th of every month until the album comes out.

The first "something" is performing at the Billboard Music Awards on 20 May.

We wonder what she'll do to mark the other two 20ths (in June and July!) before the big Album release.
