at 1500ft, the formation flew over south Norwich, Old Buckenham,
Shropham, Watton and Swaffham.
"It's been
in the planning for about three months," said Sqn Ldr Charles
Sandeman.
"The C-17
is the formation leader, where he goes the others follow.
"There's
a two-mile gap between each of the elements which is about 20 seconds
flying time."
The
whole procedure lasted 25 minutes and was a practise run for Tuesday,
June 4, when the aircraft flew over Buckingham Palace.
The Royal Family
watched the display from the palace balcony.
