Anne Mc Guigan
"Isn't it wonderful how when you get to a certain age the penny drops..."
The Story
Anne explores the magic, wonder and nostalgia of an old black and white photo. Scattered memories are brought back to the surface as Anne recalls family and friends and makes some realisations of her own.

Comment: I was one of Ann McGuigan's tutors at the Adult Literacy class in Cookstown and I am delighted by her success and in total awe of her talent. Ann always said how much we inspired her - may I now say how much of an inspiration she has been to me ... so much so, I have written and am in the procedure of receiving funding for an exciting new reading scheme to help both children and adults learn how to read. None of which would have been possible without the faith' belief and success of students like Ann.
