OPPENHEIMER - 23/08/07

Oppenheimer's popularity continues to soar to new heights! They've just finished their 2nd album "Take The Whole Mid-Range and Boost It", signed to a new American management company and are just about to hit the road for three and a half months all across the US with They Might Be Giants. Rocky and Shaun strip the Oppenheimer sound down to acoustic and electric guitar for an unforgettable session.

OUR KYRPTON SON - 16/08/07

Without doubt, one of the most original songwriters to emerge in Northern Ireland in recent years, Our Krypton Son, also known as Chris McConaghy, recorded a stunning session following his victory at the Movida Corona Feile '07 Songwiting Competition and a support slot with David Kitt.

Replete with homemade instruments "Sister Spinster" and "The Hornicator", sonic innovator Thomas Truax paid a visit to the Electric Mainline studio for a session before delivering one of the most memorable gigs this year, in Masons.

David Kitt delivered a blinding set in the Nerve Centre and earlier that day he recorded a session with Stephen.

FIGHT LIKE APES - 26/07/08

Following universal critical acclaim and the success of their debut EP "How Am I Supposed To Kill You If You Have All The Guns", Fight Like Apes played their debut gig in Derry but before they took to the stage, they dropped into studio 1A for a few tunes and a chat with Stephen.

DRY COUNTY - 19/07/07

Dry County's first ever gig in Derry was a blistering set at Masons. While they were here they recorded a session featuring live versions of two tracks from their superb debut album "Unexpected Falls".
