African modern dance performance

One of the top events of the year at the University of Nottingham is the autumn ball held by the International Students Bureau.

Every autumn there's a queue at Nottingham University that runs for miles ... it's for tickets to the International Students Bureau's ball.

Last year the tickets sold out in a couple of hours. As you can see from the photos, the event is a spectacular display of colour, dance and exuberance.

If you want to find out more about the International Students Bureau, call 0115 935 1100 and ask for the ISB office or drop by their office on the ground floor of the Portland Building at the campus.

It doesn't cost much to join, only £1. The has about 3,000 international students from more than 100 countries.
