The
seating will be removed and revolved to create a stage in the middle
of the stalls, giving the venue more intimacy and enabling the audience
to sit on all sides of the action and interact with performers.
The
week starts at 8pm on Tuesday 12th July with a one-man tribute to
the legendary Stanley Holloway. Cosmethika's Dave Sealey takes on
the role of narrator and Holloway himself as he charts Stanley's
roller-coaster ride to fame, from his extraordinary success in the
legendary Ealing Comedies to My Fair Lady. The great classic monologues
and songs will be revisited, and Dave even takes a look at Stanley's
'Bottom', courtesy of W. Shakespeare of course. Tickets cost 拢10,
concs 拢8.
