³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Magazines is to launch Kerwhizz magazine, a new four weekly pre-school title based on the popular CBeebies television programme. The first issue goes on sale on 30 June 2010.
The educational, interactive magazine, aimed at inquisitive four to six year olds, specifically supports the National Curriculum. Each issue of Kerwhizz will be packed with confidence-building quizzes, puzzles and problem-solving activities that children can achieve on their own. The magazine will also come with a free gift and to encourage them further, correct answers will be rewarded with points and stickers.
The magazine will feature Kerwhizz favourites throughout, including the lively teammates, exciting race worlds and quiz rounds presented by Kerwhizzitor. The magazine contains a range of fun, energetic and entertaining quizzes which readers are encouraged to discuss with parents, siblings or carers before deciding on the correct answer.
Pauline Cooke, Publisher, ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Pre-school magazines says: "The TV programme Kerwhizz has been immensely popular on CBeebies and we believe its success will continue with this monthly title. Educating children in an entertaining way can be a struggle, but we believe Kerwhizz magazine will make this easier with its wide range of educational, entertaining and exciting editorial content. The quizzes are such fun that children won’t even know they are learning."
The magazine, priced at £1.99, will come with a free gift, the first of which will be a double-sided board game, and stickers to increase interactivity throughout the magazine.
