³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Worldwide appoint new Head of Strategy

³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Worldwide has appointed Nick Percy to the role of Head of Strategy.

Based in London, Nick will help develop the strategic growth and direction of ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Worldwide, which drives commercial revenues from ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ owned IP as well as other sources and returns funds back to its parent organisation to be reinvested in new programmes and services.

Nick joins ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Worldwide from management consultancy McKinsey & Company. He was based in McKinsey's London office and, before that, Sydney. He also previously worked for Diageo, where he led projects mainly in Asia, and he was part of the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit in 2001, working on childcare policy.

Reporting to Director of Strategy, David Moody, Nick joins ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Worldwide shortly after excellent financial results were announced. Sales rose 7% to £1,074m in the 12 months to 31 March 2010, exceeding the £1bn mark for a second year running, and profits hit a record £145.2m.

Nick replaces Clare Reichenbach who has moved to New York to take up the position of EVP Strategy and Business Development, ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Worldwide America.
