Jon Beazley is today named as the Controller of Entertainment Commissioning.
听
He is responsible for commissioning the largest entertainment slate in British TV across 成人论坛 ONE, 成人论坛 TWO, 成人论坛 THREE and 成人论坛 FOUR.
听
Jon takes up the post with immediate effect and reports directly to Jana Bennett, Director of Television.
听
Currently acting controller, Jon has an immense knowledge of entertainment, built up over 20 years at the 成人论坛.
听
In the past 12 years, he has played a key role in the senior team for entertainment and has been responsible for commissioning a raft of shows including Friday Night with Jonathon Ross, Comic Relief Does Fame Academy, BAFTA Film Awards and Test the Nation.
听

Jon first joined the 成人论坛's entertainment department in 1986 as a researcher in 成人论坛 Manchester, moving on to assistant producer a year later and then sole producer of Noel's House Party by 1992 and then Generation Game.
听
In 1997 Jon became executive producer, responsible for a range of shows including BAFTA Film and TV Awards and the National Lottery.
听
Since 2000, Jon has been part of the entertainment commissioning team.
