We'll make 24 the movie in London, Kiefer Sutherland tells Jonathan Ross
In an exclusive appearance, Kiefer Sutherland talks to Jonathan Ross on 成人论坛 ONE tonight about his Golden Globe award-winning role as Jack Bauer in the hit US TV series 24 and reveals there will be a movie version of the show.
听
"We're working on that, we'll shoot the film here," he tells Jonathan.
听
"We're really excited about it. In the US 24 was slow to catch on but in the UK it was big so Fox stuck with it, so thank you Britain."
听
He also talks on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross about his turbulent relationship with his father, Donald Sutherland: "There have been huge gaps of time when we didn't spend much time together, now we're both in LA and we're having a fantastic time."
听
And how he's looking for a partner: "I've been single for a while, but I'd rather be with someone at this point in my life."
听
Jonathan also welcomes to the show Sex & the City star Kristin Davis, in the UK to perform in Exonerated at the Riverside Studios in London.
听
She confirms that she would love to reprise her role as Charlotte: "It was like a wonderful, safe home, it's shocking to be out in the real world, it's still depressing that it's over .
听
"There won't be a TV special but I'm the hopeful one, I have my fingers crossed that we'll make a movie - we'd better hurry up because no one's getting any younger!" 听
And the show also includes celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson who talks about his recent experience of running the marathon.
听
He says: "I'll go for any challenge, I did the marathon with eight weeks of training, it was very painful. [Afterwards] I had a chip butty, a glass of champagne, a fag . and I fainted!"
听
Plus there's music from Rocca Deluca performing Colorful, as well as Primal Scream performing their new single Country Girl live in the studio.
