Comedy makes a hit on 成人论坛 Three

成人论坛 Three's unrivalled reputation for contemporary comedy continues as Drop
Dead Gorgeous returns for a second series and Ideal, starring Johnny Vegas,
returns for a third.

Julian Bellamy, Controller 成人论坛 Three, said: "Drop Dead Gorgeous and Ideal are

established names like Johnny Vegas alongside newcomers like Sinead Moynihan on

Written and created by Carmel Morgan (The Royle Family; Shameless; Coronation
Street), alongside Stephen Russell and Jan McVerry, the new series of Drop Dead Gorgeous will follow
Ashley's (Sinead Moynihan) glittering career on the international
catwalk.
听
Murray, Ashley's smarmy agent (played by Lee Boardman) returns to
mastermind her career which contrasts with her working-class family's
fluctuating fortunes back in Runcorn, Cheshire.
听
Kathryn Hunt and Conor McIntyre return as Ashley's mum and dad, Pauline and
Terry.
听
Produced by Hat Trick North, the series goes into production in 2007.
听
In Ideal Johnny Vegas again appears as the hapless, small-time dope dealer
Moz, trying to stay one step ahead of the law, despite his everyday catalogue
of murder, mayhem and madness.
听
Ideal is a co-production between 成人论坛 Comedy North and Baby Cow.
