Pictures for Pudsey – thanks to Look North viewers

Pictures sent in by ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Look North viewers are featured in a new
calendar designed to raise money for the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children In Need appeal.

The 18-month calendar, which goes on sale this Friday (16 November),
features shots of Look North programme presenters and the best of a
selection of original photographs taken by the region's viewers.
Ìý
Look North's Paul Hudson said: "Every day
viewers send me dozens of incredible photos showcasing the diverse and
dramatic landscapes of the region which I then show on the programme
before I forecast the weather.
Ìý
"The standard of the photos is incredibly high and prompted us to come
up with the idea of putting some of the best into a calendar – however, I
have to say that trying to pick which ones to use was incredibly hard."
Ìý
The pictures chosen include shots of Ribblehead Viaduct in North
Yorkshire, Ladybower Reservoir in Derbyshire, Win Hill in the Peak
District and Cowper's Cross at Ilkley.
Ìý
There are also photographs of Look North presenters Christa Ackroyd,
Harry Gration, Paul Hudson, Lisa Gallagher, Clare Frisby, Tanya Arnold,
Jenny Hill, Ian White and Roopa Rajani.

The calendar costs £7 and is available from ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Look North's reception
in Leeds or from the offices of ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio York and ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio Sheffield.

All profits from the sale of this calendar go to ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need.
