CBeebies to help pre-school children find the Way To Blue

Michael Carrington, Controller, CBeebies, the 成人论坛's multiplatform service for pre-school children, has commissioned The Foundation, part of the RDF Media Group, to make a new landmark pre-school series, Way To Blue (working title) that will be coming to CBeebies from 2009.

The new 100 x 20-minute pre-school series is a unique mix of live action, featuring children aged 4 to 6.
听
Way To Blue is a highly innovative approach to pre-school programming focussing on children's emotions.
听
It transports children to Nara, a live action world inhabited by adorable animated characters called Piplings who embody a range of emotions such as Love, Wisdom, Happiness and Harmony in the search for Way To Blue, a philosophy for a happy life.
听

The executive producer for the 成人论坛 is Sarah Colclough and the production's executive producers are Nigel Pickard, Vanessa Hill and Angus Fletcher.

The series originated from an original idea created by Dan Good (Absolutely Cuckoo) who is a creative consultant on the series.
