England's World Cup 2010 qualifiers on Radio 5 Live

³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 5 Live is the place to get free-to-air commentary of England's World Cup 2010 qualifying match against Ukraine on Saturday 10 October.

Mike Ingham, Alan Green and former England Manager Graham Taylor will be live from the Olympic Stadium, Kiev for Ukraine v England from 5.15pm on Saturday for full commentary.

Alan Green will host a special International 606, Britain's biggest football phone-in, after the game at 7.10pm, followed by commentary of the key Group 8 match, Republic of Ireland v Italy, live from Croke Park, Dublin at 8.00pm. Victory over the World Champions would see Ireland guarantee at least a play-off place for next year's World Cup.

The international football action doesn't stop there: on 5 Live Sport on Tuesday 13 October Mark Pougatch hosts an International Football Preview with the FA's Director of Communications Adrian Bevington and special guests, looking ahead to England v Belarus which is live from Wembley on 5 Live on Wednesday from 8.00pm.

Mike Ingham, Alan Green, Mark Lawrenson and Graham Taylor will be in the commentary box. There will also be updates from Czech Republic v Northern Ireland (kick off 7.30pm) in Group 3.

Continuing the World Cup theme Mark Chapman presents The World Cup Years – 1998 on 5 Live Sport on Tuesday 13 October at 8.30pm.

Mark is joined by special guests to look back at France '98 highlights including Michael Owen's wonder goal against Argentina – plus David Beckham's red card in the same game – and victory for the host nation inspired by Zinedene Zidane.

You can listen to 5 Live and 5 Live Sports Extra via DAB digital radio, Digital TV and online at bbc.co.uk/5live.
