³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 5 Live will have full coverage of former Prime Minister Tony Blair's evidence to the Chilcot Inquiry into Iraq on Friday 29 January in a special day of programming.
Mr Blair, who took the country to war in Iraq in what is widely seen as the most controversial measure of his Premiership, will start his evidence from 9.30am. He is expected to conclude at around 5.30pm.
Nicky Campbell will ask what listeners want to see from the Inquiry and will take calls ahead of Mr Blair's evidence in a half-hour phone-in from 9.00am.
From 9.30am, Peter Allen leads Radio 5 Live's coverage from the Iraq inquiry as Tony Blair appears before the hearing.
Throughout the day Gabby Logan will have the day's other news and sport.
There will be a special programme giving a full round-up of the day's proceedings from 6.00 to 7.00pm.
Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo's film review show will be recorded from 2.00pm. The recording can be viewed online at bbc.co.uk/5live and the programme will be broadcast again at 9.00pm. The podcast can be downloaded from 4.00pm.
