The ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ has today announced the celebrity line-up for Strictly Come Dancing 2010. The new series, which launches on Saturday 11 September at 6.25pm on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ One, will see the stars go head to head to be crowned the Strictly Come Dancing series eight champion.
This year's celebrities are: star of stage and screen, Felicity Kendal; Conservative MP and political icon, the Rt Hon Ann Widdecombe; rugby star Gavin Henson; former England goalkeeper Peter Shilton; actress Patsy Kensit; international DJ Goldie; veteran magician Paul Daniels; Coronation Street's Tina O'Brien; star of EastEnders and The Bill, Scott Maslen; actress, comedienne and clinical psychologist Pamela Stephenson; actress Kara Tointon; film star Jimi Mistry; presenter Matt Baker; and former Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams.
With the host of celebrities joining the show's judges, as well as hosts Bruce Forsyth, Tess Daly and the newly-recruited results show co-host Claudia Winkleman, 2010 promises to be one of the most dazzling years yet.
Will Felicity take to the floor like she takes to the boards, and will Paul be magic on the dance floor? Viewers will find out as the show launches in an hour-long special on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ One and ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ One HD. Fans can also get regular updates through , and the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳'s .

Strictly Come Dancing is available on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ One and ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ HD, and airs this week Saturday 11 September, with the first live shows airing on Friday 1 October and Saturday 2 October.
Strictly Come Dancing holds several awards including a National Television Award for Most Popular Talent Show voted for by members of the British Public in 2008, and an RTS award for Best Entertainment Programme.
The show appears in the Guinness World Records 2010 as the world's most successful reality television format, and it is estimated that more than a quarter of a billion people watched an international version of the show since its launch.
