³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 5 Live's Victoria Derbyshire will host a series of live audience debates broadcast direct from the annual political party conferences, starting on Monday 20 September at 10am with the Liberal Democrats' party conference in Liverpool.
The panel for the Liberal Democrat audience debate will include Danny Alexander, Chief Secretary to the Treasury and Liberal Democrat MP for Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey; Chris Hune, Secretary of State for Energy and Climate change and MP for Eastleigh; Sir Ming Campbell, ex-leader of the Liberal Democrats and MP for North East Fife; and Jeremy Brown, Minister of State at the Foreign Office and MP for Taunton Deane.
The audience of 200 Radio 5 Live listeners will put their questions to the panel on the highs and lows of the previous five months under a Liberal Democrat and Conservative coalition government, including the highly contentious spending cuts.
