Young Voters' Question Time panel announced

Young Voters' Question Time (tonight at 8pm on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Three) will feature a representative from the Government (to be confirmed); Shadow Education Secretary Andy Burnham MP; blogger Will Straw; Apprentice finalist Katie Hopkins; and comedian Rufus Hound.

Andy Burnham is the Shadow Education Secretary and the MP for Leigh in Greater Manchester. He was a contender in the Labour leadership campaign this summer, eventually coming fourth in the ballot. He had previously been Health Secretary, Culture Secretary and the Chief Secretary to the Treasury.

Will Straw, 29, is the founding editor of political blog Left Foot Forward. He is an Oxford graduate and former president of the Oxford University Student Union, where he lead a campaign against tuition fees. He is the son of former Home Secretary Jack Straw.

In 2009, Katie Hopkins stood as an independent candidate for MEP for the South West. She came to fame in Lord Alan Sugar's The Apprentice, famously turning down a place in the final. She's since been a regular on our screens with appearances in I'm A Celebrity and 8 Out Of 10 Cats. A working mum of three, Katie has launched her own business consultancy firm and prides herself on "telling it like it is."

Rufus Hound was a star of this year's Sport Relief competition, dressing up as Cheryl Cole and singing a fine rendition of Fight For This Love. He regularly appears on both radio and TV, hosting ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 4's My Teenage Diary and taking the seat on Celebrity Juice, with Fearne Cotton. He describes himself as a "comedian, presenter, actor and the owner of a fine moustache."

Young Voters' Question Time on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Three will continue to cover political issues for the 16-34-year-old audience – programmes that are not provided for young people elsewhere.

Young Voters' Question Time is produced by Mentorn Media, makers of ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ One's Question Time.
