Drama series about a team of ex-police officers who investigate unsolved crimes. The team get involved with the case of one of the last men to be hanged in Britain.
The family of one of the last men to be hanged in Britain claim that he was the victim of a miscarriage of justice due to police corruption. As the team reinvestigate the case, they find themselves confronted with some uncomfortable truths about how things were done in the good old days. Their enquiries provoke the wrath of a powerful enemy who will stop at nothing, including murder, to keep his secrets safe.
