Sketch series set in a strangely familiar fictional Scottish town packed with comedy characters.
The final episode of the current series features a frank exchange of views between two Burnistoun MSPs. There's a distinct absence of females when the best pub in Burnistoun holds a ladies' night. And when a world-famous clothes designer holds a fashion parade in Burnistoun, he makes imaginative use of some unlikely local accessories.
Meanwhile, wannabe pop star Kelly McGlade is sick of sharing the limelight and fires her bandmates to go solo. Plus there's a few home truths as the Burnistoun residents debate the finer points of 'acceptable patter'.
