Three weeks to go until the World Cup, and the internet is rife with rumours that the authorities are clamping down on people flying the flag of St George.

So, Nicky Campbell asks, what does it say about you if you fly an England flag?

England paraphernalia is everywhere - flags on cars, houses, and every possible item of clothing. But not everyone will be waving the flag, and not just because you're Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish, or simply not interested in football.
