The singer James Blunt tells John how he helped 'stop World War 3'. He says he refused an order to attack Russian troops while serving as a leading army officer with the allied forces in Kosovo in 1999.

Also on the programme, to coincide with Remembrance Sunday, General Sir Mike Jackson, a former commander of the British Army.
