The sovereign debt crisis in the Eurozone hasn't gone away - EU leaders meet in Brussels later to discuss measures to help some of the weaker countries struggling with their debts. The ratings agency Moodys has already downgraded Spanish government debt, citing concerns over the cost of a potential bailout of the country's banks. We hear from Peter Westaway, chief European economist at Nomura International.

According to MPs, a surge in faked accidents is driving up the cost of motor insurance and only a dedicated police unit funded by insurers can stamp it out. Ian Crowder from the AA joins us to explain the scale of the problem.
