Telecoms regulator Ofcom is launching a consultation into next year's auction of the 4G mobile phone spectrum. The last auction for a spectrum netted over 拢22 billion for the Treasury! We speak to Matthew Howett, a senior telecoms analyst at Ovum Consulting.

The World Bank says Japan could take five years to rebuild itself, after the recent devastating earthquake and tsunami. Dr George Olcott was in Tokyo when the disaster struck and is a senior fellow at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
