For the first time in over fifteen years TV cameras are allowed into Rampton, the high security hospital which is home to some of the most disturbed and dangerous men and women in the country. Every patient has a TV, use of a swimming pool and a well stocked shop - so is it the holiday camp that many tabloid newspapers claim it to be?
