Should drug cheats be allowed at the Olympics? 成人论坛 Sports Personality of the Year Mark Cavendish, says his fellow cyclist David Millar should be allowed to compete at London 2012 - even though he's a convicted drug cheat. Millar's already served a two year ban, which Cavendish believes is punishment enough, but the current British Olympics Association rules state that anyone who's been banned for doping for more than six months is banned from the Games for life.
