The radical cleric, Abu Qatada, has been released from prison, and can't be deported to his native Jordan. Mohammed Shafiq from the Ramadan Foundation and Robin Simcox from the Henry Jackson Society discuss the ins and outs of the case.

The head of human rights at the United Nations says failing to take action against Syria has encouraged the country's government to use "overwhelming force" against protestors. Halla Diyab from the Organization for Democracy and Freedom in Syria agrees. She says President Assad acts like a spoiled child - he knows he'll be OK because of support from powerful governments like Russia.

Israel is accusing Iran of masterminding limpet bomb attacks on embassy cars in the capitals of India and Georgia. Trita Parsi, President of the National Iranian American Council, thinks it's credible that Iran and Israel are involved in a covert war, but says it won't stop Iran getting a nuclear bomb.

Britain's Triple A credit rating had been put on a "negative outlook" by ratings agency Moody's. But US business writer, Jeffrey Robinson, says we shouldn't worry. He claims nobody knows what a downgrade actually is and nothing in the US has changed at all since the downgrade there.

Rangers fans face an anxious few weeks because the club is considering going into administration thanks to a tax dispute. Stewart McDougall, the President of the North American Rangers supporters association, isn't happy. He hopes the government will reduce Rangers tax bill, as if they go into administration they're unlikely to get the cash they want anyway.
