Protesters camped outside St Paul's cathedral are evicted by bailiffs. Plus, problems for another Costa cruise liner, and a student dies in an Ohio school shooting.

The protestors who have been camped outside St Paul's cathedral in London are being evicted by bailiffs. Up All Night hears from protestors and reporters live at the scene about what is happening and where the demonstrations, and the demostrators, will go from here.

There have been big problems for another Costa cruise ship. This time the Costa Allegra is in trouble after a fire during a cruise in the Indian Ocean. We speak to Jane Thomas, whose daughter works on the Costa Allegra, while her son worked on the Costa Concordia, which ran aground off Italy last month. Plus the Italian coastguard and a former cruise ship captain forecast what they think will happen to Allegra next.

There has been another school shooting in America. One student is dead in the latest attack in Ohio. Mark Zinni from Fox 8 news in Cleveland tells us that there are reports a second child may have been killed too.

What is it like when you have a daredevil brother who has been injured in Syria? Alan Conroy's brother, Paul, is one of the Western journalists who were wounded in an attack on Wednesday. Alan describes his mixed feelings about his brother's work.

It is already illegal to smoke in most parts of California, but a family wants the habit banned even if you are in your garden. James Baker says smoke from his neighbour's patio is drifting onto his land and affecting the health of his two asthmatic sons. Jon Brines from the newspaper The Placer Herald has been following the story. How does he rate Mr Baker's chances of getting a ban?
