Nine men to be sentenced for sexually grooming young girls in Rochdale. Lord Tebbit and Rachel Reeves, Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury, look ahead to the Queen's Speech.

Nine men, eight of them from Pakistan and one from Afghanistan, will be sentenced today for sexually grooming young girls in Rochdale in Greater Manchester. Police say there was no racial motive. But Labour MP for Rochdale, Simon Danczuk, tells Nicky and Rachel he thinks race is relevant to the case.

Lord Tebbit and Rachel Reeves, Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury, look ahead to the Queen's Speech. Measures to encourage growth, banking reform, and controversial changes to the House of Lords are all expected to be included.
