Australian Melinda Taylor had been detained for 25 days with three colleagues from the International Criminal Court. Up All Night talks to her sister Danielle who has just spoken Melinda following her release.
Three more British soldiers have been shot dead in Helmand Province by a man dressed as an Afghan policeman. It brings the number of rogue killings in the country this year to 26. Former US army lieutenant Tommy Shaffer tells Up All Night he thinks there will be more and ISAF spokesman lieutenant James Williams reveals the killer was a genuine Afghan policeman and not an imposter.
UK pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline has agreed to pay $3bn to settle what US officials are calling the biggest healthcare fraud in the country's history. Up All Night talks to one of the lawyers who fought the case.
