25 years ago today the only other person from the British Isles to win the Tour de France, Stephen Roche, clinched victory on La Plagne. (yes we replay THAT bit of commentary from Phil Liggett) Tonight Stephen Roche told Up All Night what this year's winner Bradley Wiggins will be feeling and how his life will change.
