Curry Queen, Madhur Jaffrey joins The Kitchen Caf茅 to talk about our nation's love of curry and gives an insight into how our relationship with Indian food has changed. She also shares food stories from her childhood.

Born in Delhi, Madhur Jaffrey came to London aged 19 to study drama at RADA and pursue her passion for acting. It was here that she learnt to cook, effectively by airmail correspondence with her mother at home in India. Madhur talks about those airmail cookery lessons.
