Martin has worked in the food industry for over 25 years on some of the UK & Europe's biggest food and drink brands including Walker Crisps and Tropicana.

In 2010 Birds Eye launched 'Forever Food', a company-wide sustainability programme developed with a range of partners, including the WWF, to ensure consumers have responsibly sourced food.

The Iglo Group operates in 12 countries.

Guy West is the Co-Founder and designer of men's shoe brand, Jeffery-West.

听

Guy founded Jeffery-West with childhood friend, Mark Jeffery in 1987. They wanted to make high-quality, Northampton-produced shoes, at the cutting-edge of fashion.

Today, Jeffery-West has 5 stores across the UK and 200 stockists.

Lucy Armstrong is Chair of the CBI's SME Council and Chief Executive of The Alchemists.

Her work involves matching up experienced and successful entrepreneurs with high growth businesses to accelerate their growth and success.

听

Lucy's other positions include being a member of the Council of Liberty and Acting Chair of Northumbria University.

听

She spends her spare time working with a trans-Atlantic think-tank, running a film festival and walking along Northumberland's deserted beaches. She has recently learned to dive and is seeking ways to combine this with her other hobbies, chainsawing and church bellringing.
