Six young British people with OCD travel to the American wilderness for treatment. The group have to camp out and cope without any of the amenities they're used to.
In this episode, the group trek deep into the American forest; they have to camp out and cope without any of the amenities they're used to while all the while pushing themselves even further with exposure therapy. We see how the group work together to combat their OCD and then we follow them back to the UK to see how the experience has changed their lives.
