Series in which families try out life overseas. Debbie Wynn's fed up with British weather, and has become obsessed with moving to Australia - even though she's never been.
Debbie Wynn's had enough of battling British winters, and even though she's never been, she's determined to move her family to Australia. Son Jacob's happy to move, but Debbie's dream faces a hurdle in the shape of husband Carl. He's happy with his busy life in the UK and just can't understand the attraction of a country the family has never visited.
In a week where they get to discover the reality of life down under, Carl begins to see some potential in Debbie's vision of their future. But will that be enough to persuade him to move half way around the world?

Wynn family update
As of December 2013, the Wynns are living in Wales, but Debbie鈥檚 dream of a life down under is still very much alive.聽 The family have applied for visas, and are currently waiting to see if their application has been successful. Having seen opportunities in the employment market in Australia, Jacob is now studying to become a chef.
