In Doncaster, a routine stop of a transit van leads to a teenager admitting that she is a heroin addict and wanted, while in Halifax, two PCs discover a cannabis farm hidden in an average-looking terraced house. Meanwhile in Sheffield, police are on the trail of a wanted man. After spotting him driving the man runs for it with an officer chasing on foot. After the runaway is caught, it is discovered that he is one of Sheffield's most wanted men.

Back on the north east Lincolnshire coast, in Grimsby, two officers check on a car that has been reported to be linked to drug dealing. After finding a police cosh in the car, the cops' suspicions are raised and the vehicle is searched, revealing eighteen packets of amphetamine.
