An hour of folk and acoustic music to mark the centenary of the outbreak of World War I, which began 100 years ago this week.

Bellowhead fiddle player Sam Sweeney and the storyteller Hugh Lupton perform pieces from their project 'Made In The Great War' which was inspired by the remarkable story of Sam purchasing a fiddle that turned out to have been made by a music hall performer who died at the Battle of Messines.

Steve Knightley of Show of Hands talks about 'Centenary', an album of music and poetry about the Great War which features readings by actors Jim Carter and Imelda Staunton.
