6 Music Festival Announcement

Steve picks up the baton as ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ 6 Music launches the 6 Music Festival 2015.

Today ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Radio 6 Music launches the 6 Music Festival 2015. Following last year's inaugural event at The Victoria Warehouse, this year's will be even bigger and better than before, and in a different part of the UK.

This morning, with drum-roll and fanfare, Lauren Laverne lit the touch paper of excitement and anticipation with a special outside broadcast, live from this year's 6 Music Festival location.

Steve picks up the batton to further the story of what promises to be an epic weekend for music lovers, across the day, from Lauren through to Marc Riley, 6 Music's presenters will reveal the incredible line-up - one which reflects the spirit of 6 Music. This year's Festival is from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 February, and features an ever-growing bill of over 50 bands and artists, with three days of live music and conversation, both day and night.
