Training for an event or just to get a bit fitter and maybe lose the odd pound or two? Whatever your goal or approach we'd love to hear about it. Today at 1.30 our new fitness programme, Personal Best, is all about picking a training plan. Personal Best guinea pig Julie Scade (on the left of the photo) has signed up for a half marathon and has enlisted the help of a few pals to keep her motivated. Crossing off each run on her training plan also helps!
