Tony Singh talks to working mother Hayley Muir in her home kitchen and hears how she balances work, food and family life.

Hayley Muir is a working mum with two children. She loves good food but finds she is always short of time in the kitchen. It's a conundrum many of us are faced with at home. Chef Tony Singh meets Hayley in her kitchen, he rummages through the cupboards looking for ingredients to make a family meal not just to give her the afternoon off, but to see how she can save time in the kitchen week on week.

Slow cookers can save us time. But can they be used all year round following the seasons and not just for good hearty winter soups and stews?

Finding the time to cook for the family is something that Fiona Burrell and John Quigley both understand the difficulties of too. Both join Clare English in The Kitchen Caf茅 studio to give advice on how we can save as much time as possible in the kitchen but still have great food.
