Diane Blood first came to public attention in 1996 when she fought for the right to use her deceased husband's sperm to try and have a baby. Her struggle sparked widespread debate about the ethics of her case and was discussed everywhere from the Westminster Parliament to the Oprah Winfrey Show. Everyone seemed to have an opinion - most of them against her - but she went on to win on appeal and have two sons. She talks to Richard Holloway.
