Euan spends the day helping out on an Angus Daffodil Farm. During the six week picking season 80 million Daffodils are handpicked, packed and transported across Europe and North America.

Nick and Dougie are back on the road with the Landward Food Van. This week Nick cooks Lobster and Crab to see which shellfish the people of Perth prefer.
