Colin Murray is judge and jury as Gail Emms, Thom Gibbs, Charles Dagnall and Bob Mills play for punditry points whilst discussing the sporting stories of the week.

Colin Murray plays host as his guests aim to gain points whilst discussing the sporting stories of the week. Points are awarded for informed comment, wit and passion but taken away for drivel and answers lacking in conviction. In the final round, the top two point scorers go head to head in 'defend the indefensible' where they must both defend a statement, however ludicrous or distasteful for twenty seconds.

On this week's show- former GB Badminton player and Olympic silver medallist Gail Emms, journalist Thom Gibbs, former Leicester and Warwickshire Cricketer Charles Dagnall and comedian Bob Mills.
