Michael Buerk is joined by chef Anna Haugh at one of Britain's grandest stately homes, to showcase the food served up to the royal family when they enjoy a day at the races. Anna starts with a mini mutton pie a la Windsor, first served at Royal Ascot in the 1930s to King George VI.
