Irish singer-songwriter Paul Brady shares his 70s memories.
Irish singer-songwriter Paul Brady shares his 70s memories.
At the start of the decade, Paul was playing with popular Irish band The Johnstons but left to join Planxty in 1974. When just a year later Planxty disbanded in late 1975, Paul formed a duo with Andy Irvine from 1976 to 1978, before releasing his first solo album in 1978, which won him critical acclaim and was awarded the Melody Maker Folk Album of the Year.
Also on the show, Johnnie revisits the stories from this week in music, and inducts another iconic single into Johnnie's Jukebox.
