Join Mark Stephen and Euan McIlwraith for the latest outdoor activities from Shetland to the Borders, plus the key stories for those who live and work in the countryside.
Mark visits the newly opened community run hub Bridgend Farmhouse in Edinburgh. After years of hard work the team are finally up and running with facilities for all the community in the farmhouse, workshops and garden.
Mark is in the Borders near Lockerbie with some volunteers from Saving Scotland's Red Squirrels as they check their feeder boxes.
Scotland's ospreys arrived a couple of weeks ago from Africa and many are hard at work building nests and getting ready to start another brood. Euan finds out more about these impressive Birds and their re-introduction after they became extinct in Scotland.
Claypits Local Nature Reserve is a hidden gem in Glasgow that has a historical link to the canal. Mark went for a visit and to hear about how a new path will hopefully draw more people in to visit.
The Wild Ways Well project in Cumbernauld aims to get people suffering from poor mental health into the outdoors. Euan went along to find out more.

Artful Migration is an arts and environment residency programme on climate change and its effect on migrating birds that visit Dumfries and Galloway. Mark meets the first artist in residence as she works on a very interesting part of the project.
